  • What are your opening hours?
    Monday - Saturday - 8.30am until 4.30pm. Sunday - November to March - Closed. April - October - 10.30am until 4.30pm.
  • How do I get to you?
    Our address is: Wilkinson Landscapes and Plant Centre East Brocks Eaglescliffe Stockton-on-Tees TS16 0QH To get to Wilkinson Landscapes and Plant Centre in Eaglescliffe from the north, follow these directions: Head south on the A19 (from the north). If you’re coming from further north, like Teesside or Durham, make your way onto the A19 heading south towards Stockton-on-Tees. Exit onto the A66 towards Stockton: Continue south on the A19, and at the junction with the A66, take the exit towards Stockton-on-Tees. Follow the A66 towards Eaglescliffe: Stay on the A66, and continue following signs for Eaglescliffe. This will take you towards the village. Turn off at the B1285 for Eaglescliffe: As you approach Eaglescliffe, follow the signs for the B1285 (Station Road / Eaglescliffe). Drive to the location: Continue down Station Road, and Wilkinson Landscapes and Plant Centre should be located nearby. Check for signage or ask locals if you need additional directions. To get to Wilkinson Landscapes and Plant Centre in Eaglescliffe from the south, follow these directions: Head north on the A19: From the south, whether you're coming from areas like York, Leeds, or further south, make your way onto the A19 heading north towards Teesside. Continue on the A19 and approach the A66: As you get closer to Stockton-on-Tees, stay on the A19 and look for the exit onto the A66 heading towards Stockton and Eaglescliffe. Take the exit for the A66 towards Stockton: Follow signs for Eaglescliffe and Stockton-on-Tees. Stay on the A66 heading east. Turn onto the B1285 (Station Road): As you approach Eaglescliffe, take the exit off the A66 for Station Road(B1285), following signs for Eaglescliffe. Drive along Station Road: Continue along Station Road until you reach Wilkinson Landscapes and Plant Centre. Keep an eye out for local signage along the way. The journey should be relatively straightforward with clear road signs as you approach the area. Safe travels!
  • What areas do you cover?
    We operate within a 30 mile radius of our base in Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees.
  • What payment methods do you take?
    We take a variety of payment methods both in the Plant Centre and via the Landscaping design service. For Landscaping we take BACS transfer, cheque, and all major debit and credit cards. However we do not accept AMEX. We also do online payments via Stripe or Paypal. For the Plant Centre we take BACS transfer, cheque, and all major debit and credit cards. However we do not accept AMEX.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes we do! Delivery rates are based upon distance, for an accurate cost please ask a staff member at the time of purchase.
  • Can I bring my dog to the Plant Centre?
    Yes you can! Well behaved dogs are welcome on the Plant Centre but we do ask that you keep your pet on a lead.
  • Is the Plant Centre wheelchair accessible?
    Yes! Our Plant Centre is wheelchair accessible. If you need additional assistance on site please do ask one of our Plant Centre staff and they will be happy to help.
  • Do you have toilets on site?
    Yes we do have customer toilets on the Plant Centre site which are located towards the far left of the customer car park. Our Wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the Landscaping offices. Please note that of a weekend our Landscaping offices are generally unmanned and as such if you need access to the facilities please ask a member of staff who will assist with access.
  • Do you sell Christmas trees?
    We sell Christmas trees on a seasonal basis. Usually our Christmas tree stock is available for purchase from the last week in November throughout December. Keep an eye on our social media channels for up to date information on stocking and availability.
  • Do you sell hanging baskets?
    We sell hanging baskets seasonally in the spring. Keep an eye on our social media channels for up to date information on stocking and availability.
  • Do you sell bedding plants?
    We sell bedding plants seasonally. For information on available varieties please either call our Plant Centre team on 01642 790409 or keep an eye on our social media channels.
  • Do you sell laurels?
    We generally stock laurels but stock on particular varieties is subject to availability. For up to date information please contact our Plant Centre team on 01642 790409.
  • Do you stock roses?
    We stock a variety of roses based upon availability. For up to date information on stocking please contact our Plant Centre team on 01642 790409.
  • Do you offer a guarantee on plants?
    We offer a 3 month guarantee on plants bought from the Plant Centre providing that there has been reasonable care provided to the plant in that time. This only applies to retail customers. Trade customers do not get guarantees on plants.
  • Do you offer a garden tidy service?
    We do yes! Our garden tidy service is price on a per hour basis, for a quote please call 01642 790409 and we'll arrange for one of our team to come out and assess.
  • Do you do hedge trimming?
    We do yes. Please call our offices on 01642 790409 and we'll arrange for our of our team to come out and assess so that we can provide you with a quote.
  • Is there a charge for landscape designing?
    Our design consultation and quote service is free of charge and there's no obligation to proceed with your design. However if you do want a 3D design creating there is a small charge for this service which would be deducted from your quotation should you choose to go ahead with the works. For up to date prices please speak to your designer at your consultation appointment.
  • Do you offer any guarantees on your landscaping works?
    Yes we do! We offer a no-quibble guarantee on our landscaping services. We offer a one year guarantee on all plants and planting and a two year guarantee on hard landscaping.
  • What does a garden design include?
    Our garden designs include a computer drawn plan and an itemised quotation.
  • What types of garden do you design?
    We will design any type of garden. We have been designing gardens since 1981 so we have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of landscape gardening. Whatever your requirements, you will be in good hands with Wilkinson's Landscapes.
  • Do you provide landscaping works for businesses?
    We cater to domestic, commercials, public sector, and charitable organisations. We've been designing gardens since 1981 so we have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects and forms of landscaping.
  • How much maintenance is involved in a designed garden?
    As much or as little as you want there to be. Maintenance depends upon many factors but if maintenance is a key concern of yours then please do let your designer know and they can account for this in the design.
  • I've already got designs, will you work with them?
    Yes, we can work with your existing designs whether you've done them yourself or whether they have been designed by a third party. It is worth noting that we do have our own internal design team and as such they may make suggestions to improve your design or work with your existing architect to incorporate real life practicality if there are concerns.
  • Do you offer Payment Plans?
    We don't offer payment plans directly as we've found the interest rate passed on to our customers for this kind of finance is high. For the best rates on finance we would always encourage you to speak to your bank or usual lender.
  • I've already got materials, can you use them?
    We will happily utilise any existing materials that are appropriate for the project.
  • How long will it take to get my garden design?
    Our lead times vary based on the complexity of the project however it can also vary based upon the time of year. Typically you'll receive your quote within seven days of your appointment however in peak times it can be longer.   • Do you take a deposit?
    Yes, we take a deposit to enable us to order all required materials at the point of quote acceptance.
  • Do you use skips?
    We have our own heavy goods vehicles which allow us to remove material from site each day. This means that we can leave the site as tidy as possible at the end of each working day.
  • Do I need to be home whilst you're working?
    Once we start work we will have a detailed plan of what is going to be constructed/created. If there's a need to talk through decisions on site we can do so at a time that suits you.
  • What is your lead time?
    Due to popular demand it can take up to several months from quote acceptance to project start so we do ask that you bear this in mind and inform your Landscape Designer of a desired start date as soon as possible.
  • Do you advise on planting?
    Yes we do, we have our own team of horticultural experts who will discuss planting with you towards the end of your landscaping project. We offer planting appointments wherein you can discuss and view the plants directly at our Plant Centre in Eaglescliffe, which has the largest selections of plants in the North of England.
  • Do I need to source my own materials?
    No we will take care of all of the material acquisition for you.
