Skilled Landscaper (Hard Landscaping)

This is a role for skilled tradespeople and craftsmen.

Your role & specialisms
We recognise that skilled landscapers often come with a core trade.
You might be:
• A joiner specialising in structures, decking, pergolas, and bespoke timber work
• A bricklayer / walling specialist working with stone, brick, and retaining walls
• A hard landscaper with strong paving, groundworks, and setting-out skills
You’ll primarily work within your strengths — with the opportunity to broaden your skills over time if you want to. We don’t expect everyone to do everything, but we do value flexibility and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing
• Building high-end gardens from drawings and specifications
• Delivering quality work in your area of expertise
• Working as part of a skilled, professional team
• Maintaining high standards of finish, safety, and site organisation
