Soft Landscaping and Ornamental Planting

The planting scheme combines ornamental trees, evergreen shrubs, contrasting foliage and low-growing plants to provide year-round structure, seasonal interest and visual appeal.

Decorative gravel beds help define the landscaped areas while reducing the extent of routine maintenance required. Feature trees and carefully positioned shrubs introduce height, texture and colour, softening the surrounding built environment.

Within the main courtyard, a mature ornamental tree provides a focal point, surrounded by complementary planting that creates a more natural and inviting setting.

Pathways and Accessible Outdoor Areas

The landscaping incorporates clearly defined pedestrian pathways connecting different areas of the development, including the courtyards, gardens and parking facilities.
